The Convention Wise team worked with the Society of Editors (Tasmania) over many months, helping us to plan our conference. Phil Holmes was most generous with advice and examples of how he'd solved similar issues for other organizations. He was quick to understand that our small, voluntary organization had a miniscule budget, and adapted procedures accordingly. Phil also handled negotiations with our venue (Wrest Point), sponsors, keynote speakers and other suppliers in a way that saved us lots of time but without ever leaving us out of the information loop. His experience proved invaluable time and again.  Convention Wise has a marvellous booking and administrative system that can turn out up-to-date reports with statistics and other data at any time. Budget reporting was always up to date and provided in good time for committee meetings.  Phil was always responsive to our requests and we like to think that he has become a friend.
