See the accommodation rates on your conference web pages
or in the relevant registration brochure and then complete
the registration form. An on-line booking enables you to
see if your choice is available, although no bookings
are confirmed until you have received a confirmation email
from Convention Wise.
NB The earlier that you book the more likely you are of
getting your best choice.
If you wish to stay longer or come
earlier, your hotel or B&B host for the conference
will often extend their rates if you book for a longer
time slot than just the conference dates.
