Tasman Restaurant
At
‘Restaurant Tasman’ locally grown seasonal produce is the foundation for our
menu, we aim to capture the very best this island state has to offer and
matching local produce with ingredients from the rest of Australia and indeed
the world.
Breakfast at the Restaurant Tasman offers a scrumptious buffet with a wide range
of dishes capturing a great selection of local produce, plus a Chef on deck to
cook your eggs to your preference. Dinner offers a la carte dining with a seasonal menu featuring the very best of
local produce. The menu consists of contemporary dishes, steaks from the char
grill and seafood platters.
Restaurant Tasman is open seven days a week for breakfast 6:30am to 10:00am and
dinner from 6:00pm to 9:30pm
