Conference Registration
  • APMEA Conference Registration Fee is A$200 (includes tax)
  • The Registration Deadline is Friday, September 10, 2010

    Registration Fees include
  • All daily General and Educational Sessions 
  • Tuesday, October 19 – "Welcome to Hobart" Reception
  • Wednesday, October 20 – Lunch, Networking Cocktail Party

  • Friday, October 22 – Lunch

    Join your RMHC colleagues in a training workshop at the RMHC 2010 APMEA Conference on 19th October to learn more about its functionality and benefits. It is recommended that a minimum of one representative from each RMHC and House Chapter participate in this critical RADAR training workshop. Participants should include the organisational leader as well as staff members that are responsible for financial, development/ fundraising and program data management.


    Translation Services
    Translation services may be requested for the general and educational sessions.  Please indicate your request for translation when registering.  This charge will be added to your total conference fee.


    Payment Information
    Only registrations with full payment of all registration fees will be accepted.  All prices and payments are listed in Aus dollars.  Registration is only online and may be paid for via credit card, EFT or by cheque.  MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted for credit card payments. 

    Convention Wise Pty Ltd, in Hobart, has been named the registration service for the Conference and will process all charges. Cheques should be made payable to "Ronald McDonald House Charities Conference" and drawn on $Aus funds. All credit card
    charges will appear as "Convention Wise" on your credit card statement.  

    Please note that no payment is invoiced for accommodation as this is to be paid to the hotel on checkout.  Your credit card, for security of your booking, is required though.  It will not be debited by the hotel unless you fail to arrive and do not notify them of your inability to attend at least 48 hours prior.
     
    Cancellation and Refund Policy
    Please CLICK HERE to email and notify the registration staff that you need to cancel your registration. You must include your full name, phone number and email. You will receive an e-mail confirmation back within 72 hours to verify your cancellation. Cancellation of your conference registration must be received before 5:00 p.m. (CST) on September 10, 2010 in order to receive a refund, less a A$33 administrative fee. Any cancellations after 5:00 p.m. (CST) on September 10, 2010 are non-refundable.
     
    Special Note Regarding Children
    Please note that the conference is for adult attendees only. It is not appropriate for children to attend any sessions or evening functions.

  • Opening General Session and Educational Sessions: Business casual

    Gala Dinner on Thursday evening: Business/cocktail attire

    Online Registration 

  • Click on the REGISTER NOW button on the left hand side of the screen
  • Only registrations with full credit card payments (MasterCard, Visa and American Express) will be accepted for online registration
  • The online registration process also enables you to make your hotel accommodation booking, but you will not be invoiced - all payments to your hotel are to be made on checkout.  Contact Convention Wise if you wish to pay in full beforehand.
  • You will receive a confirmation letter which includes a summary of your details and any accommodation bookings - please note that you can only make accommodation bookings at the venues through Convention Wise if you wish to receive the conference rates.
