either at or within a short walk of the conference venue site.
Please note that breakfast is not included in room rates unless

All room rates are based on a maximum of 2 adults per room, per
night.
You are strongly encouraged to register and book accommodation
and travel early. Hotels will not hold allocations at conference
rates less than 30 days out from the conference and airfares
will rise noticeably within 30 days of the conference.
If you need accommodation outside of the actual Conference dates
you will be able to request this during your registration
process, on a separate page following the accommodation page.
